 Through many prototypes and material tests we developed a headrest clamp that doesn’t have any moving parts at all. A “C-shaped” molded composite leaf spring is bent and snapped onto the headrest posts for a simple and secure hold.

Most iPad and tablet mounts for rear seat passengers are difficult to install and have an industrial aesthetic that doesn’t compliment today’s car interiors. We wanted to create something that had a durable feel, clean lines, and was easy to install.

 The final product balanced easy installation with ensuring it would be sturdy enough for children to use it without the tablet falling out.
